How to Make a Complaint

Complaint Handling Process

  • If further time is required, we will keep you informed

Resolution

Depending on the nature of your complaint, we will aim to:

  • Offer a suitable solution

  • Where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in line with our policies

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request a further review of your complaint.
