Refund & Returns Policy – Wish4toys

At Wish4toys, we take great care to ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we operate a strict returns policy.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns and issue refunds under the following condition:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item ordered by the customer

  • Unwanted items

Timeframe

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report a damaged or defective item.

  • Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Reporting a Damaged Item

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence showing the damage

Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to رفض claims where sufficient evidence is not provided

  • Items must not be used beyond inspection if reported as damaged

  • We may request additional information before approving a claim
